Terms & Conditions

In tendering the shipment for carriage, THE SHIPPER WARRANTS that the shipment is packaged adequately to protect the endorsed goods and to insure safe transportation with ordinary care and handling and that each package is appropriately labeled and is in good order (except as noted) for carriage as specified.

Limit of liability- A shipment shall have a declared value of $50.00 unless a higher value (not to exceed $2,000) is declared on the airbill at the time the shipment is tendered to Kamaka Air, LLC. If such higher value is declared, an additional transportation charge must be paid for at the time of drop off.

Kamaka Air LLC shall have the right, but not an obligation, to inspect all shipments.

Claims – Written note of loss due to damage, shortage, delay or non-delivered items must be reported by the shipper within 15 days after the delivery of the shipment.
