HNL Airport Plant Quarantine Office

Drive to the Honolulu Daniel K. Inouye International Airport and follow signs for Terminals 1,2 Departures.

When approaching the terminal, follow signs for “Departures, Bag Claim, All Other Airlines”.

After passing under the Hawaiian Airlines terminal, proceed straight ahead instead of turning left to the other airlines.

Follow the road straight, under the terminal.

Follow the road as it curves.

Continue to follow the road until you see the sign for the “Department of Agriculture, State of Hawaii, Plant Quarantine Branch”. You can park in the parking stalls or on the side of the road.
